|  7th May 2007 - Shawn Pisani, head of outbound sales and Events@Corinthia, Corinthia Hotels International (CHI), announced the inauguration of a ‘meeting planner’ special offer web page as the newest feature of Events@Corinthia, a unique programme dedicated to the Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Events (MICE) market. The new web page can be accessed at:

The new Events@Corinthia conference web page will centralise all special offers for its luxury five-star, city-centre hotels in Budapest, Prague, Lisbon, St. Petersburg, Malta, Tunisia and Tripoli (Libya). This will make it both easy and convenient for a conference planner to search Events@Corinthia’s special group offers by destination, hotel, or date – and then immediately place a request for proposal -- ideal for every organisation, business or event planner. It’s as simple as three clicks: Click on “country”, click on “hotel” or click on “month” -- and MICE rates and other data for Events@Corinthia properties pop up. The new web page is yet another innovation initiated by Corinthia Hotels International and made available to the MICE market planners.
Comments Mr. Pisani, “Our Events@Corinthia division is constantly working to develop and create new ways in which we can save meeting planners time and facilitate their ability to lock in dates and price quote.”
Also available through Events@Corinthia is the Event Assistant, providing every group organiser with a dedicated personal assistant at their side and on call 24/7 to ensure that the event runs smoothly. Furthermore should an event organiser later decide to use another hotel operated by CHI in one of its other destinations, this same Event Assistant, already well known to the group organiser, will be sent to the next Corinthia operated hotel two days prior to the event to brief the hotel staff there (Terms and conditions apply).
